Callie Davis is the Myra H. Kraft Director of Volunteer and Alumni Services for Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. Callie manages a volunteer program consisting of over 1200 volunteers annually and oversees BGCB’s Alumni Club. In this role, she is responsible for the recruitment, screening, placement, retention, tracking, and evaluation of all volunteer activities and works to create a mutually beneficial volunteer experience for all parties. Callie serves as a liaison between BGCB's 11 sites and the many volunteers, volunteer groups and community partners that support programming through service.
Prior to this role, Callie was the Social Worker at the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Boys & Girls Club in Dorchester. Callie holds a Masters in Social Work from Boston University and a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
